Meet Jatoma and Eddy, the Faces Behind Sea Salt
We are Eddy & Jatoma Hudson, owners of Sea Salt Home Solutions, an Eastern North Carolina Real Estate Investment Company. The Crystal Coast is our home and Morehead City is where we live, work and play.
Eddy proudly served in the U.S. Army as an Infantryman in the 29th Infantry Regiment at Fort Benning, GA where he met Jatoma 26 years ago. He has been in the Fire Service for over 20 years and currently works for the Department of Defense as a Fire Captain in Eastern NC. In addition to his service, Eddy is a paint contractor for his company, EP Painting, with 20 years experience in commercial & residential painting, new construction, large scale remodel projects and cabinet refinishing.
In his free time, Eddy enjoys boating, golfing, playing pickle ball and spending quality time with his family.
Straight out of school Jatoma started in the Mortgage Banking Industry where she gained extensive knowledge of residential real estate lending practices and worked for 10 years. As their family grew, she desired to be at home with her children. Jatoma has homeschooled in conjunction with Classical Conversations for 17 years, volunteering and organizing multiple events within the group.
Along with “keeping the books” for EP Painting, she has worked as a color & design consultant for the company as well as for multiple other builders in the area.
In early 2023, Jatoma was accepted into the nationally renowned, Women’s Real Estate Investor’s Network which provides opportunities for partnerships with other like-minded christian women entrepreneurs.
In her free time, Jatoma enjoys reading, admiring sunsets over Shackelford Banks and spending time with her family and two pups, Amos & Wallen.
Eddy and Jatoma are members of Glad Tidings Church in Morehead City where their family actively attends and volunteers.
